Dear Campers,

We'd like to take the time to introduce ourselves; our names are Buffy and Ross Girard. We are long time natives of the area and have enjoyed the camping experience with our family of six children for many years. So, when we had the opportunity to purchase Running Bear, we jumped at the opportunity. We really look forward to making numerous improvements to the campground to ensure that your camping experience here is second to none.

We are both professionals who enjoy the peace and quiet while sitting around a camp fire. While at the same time, we enjoy the fun and excitement of family activities during the day.

We would like to invite you to come and enjoy our campground located in the heart of ski country. While your here, you may want to also take advantage of the snowmobile trails, fishing, canoeing, and hiking trails that are available throughout the Upper Valley. Or, just sit back under the canopy of Vermont pines and enjoy the spectacular colors of a true Vermont fall. Let us provide you with a family camping vacation that will create one of those priceless family memories that you will never forget.
